Quicky

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026

Quicky is a Mac app that helps you during job interviews. It is made by the Quicky team ("Quicky", "we"). This policy explains what data Quicky uses and why. In short: audio stays on your Mac, and we don't keep your interview content.

What stays on your Mac

What is sent to write an answer

When Quicky AI answers a question, the app sends the question, the recent conversation text and your CV, job ad and notes to our server over an encrypted connection. Our server passes them to our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), to write the answer, and streams the answer back. We do not store this content on our server. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms, which do not allow it to train its models on this data.

What our server keeps

We don't use advertising or tracking, and we don't sell data.

Our website

letsquicky.com has no tracking or analytics. Its text font is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which see your IP address under Google's privacy policy.

Payments

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your order details and licence key status from Lemon Squeezy, but never your full card details.

Your choices

You can delete your CV and notes in Quicky's settings at any time, and uninstall the app to remove everything stored on your Mac. To ask us to delete server records linked to your Mac or licence key, email support@letsquicky.com.

Children

Quicky is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes
